CYGNVS Sub-Processors

To support delivery of our Services, CYGNVS Inc. may engage and use data processors with access to certain Service Data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the applicable agreement between Customer and CYGNVS (the "MSA").
Service Data means any data relating to use, support and/or operation of the Services, including information relating to volumes, activity logs, frequencies.
Third Parties
Infrastructure Subprocessors
CYGNVS currently uses third party subprocessors to provide infrastructure services, and to help CYGNVS run the service. CYGNVS may use the following subprocessors to host Service Data or provide other infrastructure that helps with delivery of the Services:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) – Cloud Service Provider
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Cloud Service Provider
The regionality of the infrastructure is selected by the user during onboarding. Current options are United States, EU (Germany), Australia, UK, Canada, India. All data is stored in this region, save for subprocessors and data described below.

CYGNVS Group Processors
The following CYGNVS Inc subsidiary companies are sub-processors providing technical and operational support. Depending on the geographic location of a customer or their authorized users, and the nature of the CYGNVS services provided, CYGNVS may also engage one or more of the following Affiliates as Processors when accessing personal data (such as user name and email address) to deliver support and similar services to a Customer:

Due Diligence:
CYGNVS undertakes to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed subprocessors that will or may have access to or process Service Data.
Updates
The subprocessors used by CYGNVS may change over time. CYGNVS will update this page with notice of any new or different subprocessors as appropriate and necessary.
